GRYD CO. is a creative marketing agency specializing in branding, social media, performance marketing, and design. We help brands grow through innovative strategies and digital solutions. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Identify and generate leads for digital marketing and advertising services
✅ Pitch and close deals with potential clients
✅ Build strong client relationships and manage the sales pipeline
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
✅ Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals
What We’re Looking For:
1. Graduate in Marketing with 6 months to 1 years of sales experience in digital products/services
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and business outreach
4. Ability to work independently and hit sales targets
5. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
