Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Understand manpower requirements with department heads.
· Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs).
· Post job openings on recruitment portals and social media.
· Source and screen candidate profiles.
· Conduct initial HR interviews.
· Coordinate technical and final interviews.
· Perform reference verification.
· Negotiate salary and employment terms.
· Prepare offer letters.
· Complete joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
2. Employee Onboarding
· Issue appointment letters.
· Collect and verify employee documents.
· Create and maintain employee files.
· Explain company policies and procedures.
· Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
· Arrange email IDs, ID cards, and IT assets.
· Monitor employee probation and confirmation process.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
· Monitor daily attendance.
· Manage leave applications and approvals.
· Maintain shift schedules (if applicable).
· Track overtime records.
· Prepare monthly attendance reports.
4. Payroll Coordination
· Verify attendance before payroll processing.
· Validate leave deductions and penalties.
· Coordinate salary processing with the Accounts department.
· Generate and distribute salary slips.
5. Performance Management
· Develop employee KPIs and KRAs.
· Conduct probation evaluations.
· Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
· Recommend promotions, confirmations, and salary revisions.
6. Employee Engagement & Relations
· Address employee concerns and grievances.
· Resolve workplace conflicts.
· Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
· Promote employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
7. Learning & Development
· Identify organizational training needs.
· Coordinate technical and behavioural training programs.
· Maintain training records.
· Evaluate training effectiveness.
8. HR Policies & Procedures
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies related to:
· Attendance
· Leave Management
· Code of Conduct
· Travel Policy
· Expense Reimbursement
· Performance Appraisal
· Data Confidentiality
9. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, including:
· ESIC
· Professional Tax (where applicable)
· Bonus
· Shops & Establishments Act / Factories Act
· Labour Law Documentation
· Employee Statutory Records
10. Employee Records Management
Maintain accurate employee records, including:
· Personal Information
· Educational Certificates
· Experience Letters
· Identity Documents
· Salary History
· Promotion Records
· Leave Records
· Performance Records
11. Exit Management
· Conduct exit interviews.
· Process employee resignations.
· Prepare Full & Final Settlement (F&F).
· Recover company assets.
· Issue relieving and experience letters.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
