Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR)
Salary: ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable for Bright Candidate)
Joining: Immediate Joiners & Local candidate from Pithampur will be Preferred
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the Hotel & Fine Dining Industry to lead recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement — while working closely with department heads to build a high-performing hospitality workforce.
Key Responsibilities
➡End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning across departments
➡Payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR compliance
➡Employee relations, performance management, and appraisals
➡Training initiatives and employee engagement programs
Skills Required
➡Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills to work across all levels of staff
➡Sound knowledge of labour laws and hospitality HR compliance
➡Experience managing shift-based, service-oriented teams
➡Leadership and coordination skills
➡5+ Years in Hotel/Fine Dining Industry only
