Account Executive | Immediate Joiner
Basillia Organics Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling statutory compliance, processing payments, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare GST working, TDS working, and assist in statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in export documentation and export accounting.
- Knowledge of banking transactions, LC, BG, PCFC, and foreign remittances.
- Experience in ERP software will be an added advantage.
