We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
- Ability to communicate in additional regional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is mandatory.
- Atleast 2 years experience in Customer service Manadatory

Pay: ₹18,554.69 - ₹35,000.00 per month
