Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Inspect and verify the quality of work and materials used.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays at the site.
- Monitor labor attendance and work allocation.
