Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or similar role
- Skills: Excellent communication- Fluent English
- Education: Graduate
- Location- Bandra- BKC (5 days a week)
- Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, issuing offers, preparing CTC structure and conducting induction for new hires.
- HR Administration & Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance, and coordinate payroll, benefits, and compensation data.
- Employee Engagement- Planning team-building activities, cultural events, and office celebrations.
- Exit Management: Handle exit interviews and offboarding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
