1. Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of injection molds.
2. Knowledge about MTTR & MTBF.
3. Knowledge about Mold design 2D & 3D
4. Supporting NPD for mold trails and corrective action.
5. Esure mold availability, reliability, and minimum downtime for production.
6. Analyze mold-related defects and support root cause & corrective actions.
7. Maintain mold history records, PM schedules, and spare inventory.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, 5S, TPM, and safety standards
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
