Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive – Online Marketplaces
Job Summary:
Pest Shields is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the growth of our pest control products and services across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Google Merchant Centre, India Mart, Shopify, Industrial Buying, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on online lead conversions and a willingness to engage in outbound sales activities, including calls and on-site client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive lead conversion through outbound calls and visits to potential customers from our shared database.
End-to-end coordination with the internal team for successful sales closure.
Generate new business leads, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients.
Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demos showcasing our services and digital platforms.
Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in online and digital sales.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data for smooth operations and reporting.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in online marketplaces or a related field.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to make outbound sales calls and conduct on-site visits to clients.

Annual Salary Range:
3.00 - 3.50 Lakh + Sales-Based Incentives
