We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Performance Marketing (Ads), Social Media Management, and SEO. The role requires strong research, strategy, and campaign execution skills, along with the ability to interact with clients and deliver measurable results.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for lead generation and ROI.
Develop and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Create and manage content calendars, ad creatives, and engagement campaigns.
Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
Implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and other tools
Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients/stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console).
Expertise in social media management & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong understanding of campaign KPIs – CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS
Excellent client communication & presentation skills
Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver ROI-driven results
MBA / BBA in Marketing, or Graduate with relevant experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Ads, and Social Media
