Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to handle and expand our business operations across the North and West regions of India. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributors and retailers, developing new markets, and achieving regional revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
· Manage and expand distributor and dealer network across assigned territories.
· Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
· Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
· Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
· Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
· Ensure proper product availability and stock movement in the market.
· Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams for promotions and campaigns.
· Appoint new distributors and support them in business development.
· Handle collections and ensure timely payments from clients.
· Train and guide sales executives and field staff.
Required Skills & Competencies

· Excellent market knowledge of North & West India.

· Good analytical and reporting skills.
· Ability to travel extensively.

Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
Experience
· 5–10 years of experience in Sales / Area Sales Management.
· Experience in Apparel / Garments / Retail / FMCG / Fashion industry preferred.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
