About the Role
AVG Modulars is looking for a skilled and responsible Edge Band Operator to operate and maintain edge banding machinery and ensure quality finishing of modular furniture components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the edge banding machine efficiently and safely.
- Perform edge banding on MDF, plywood, and other modular furniture panels.
- Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of edges.
- Check materials and finished panels for defects.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Follow production schedules and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of work.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years (minimum experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of edge banding machines and modular furniture work.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
