Job Title: Social Media ExecutiveJob Summary:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent content creation abilities, and hands-on experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, copies, and social media content that resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Ensure all social media pages remain updated with the latest brand information and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas to improve engagement.
- Handle influencer and blogger collaborations from identification to execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, agencies, and brand partners.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns and track their performance.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions across social media channels.
- Manage online reputation and ensure timely responses to customer queries and feedback.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure 100% implementation of all approved social media activities and campaigns within timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and caption writing skills.
- Experience in influencer marketing and blogger outreach.
- Knowledge of content planning and social media strategy.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars.
- Basic understanding of Canva, video editing tools, and social media analytics.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in FMCG, Food, Wellness, or D2C brands will be preferred.
