Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager with prior experience in stock market, trading, or financial advisory. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting clients throughout their investment journey, and achieving monthly business targets.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the stock market and trading, excellent communication and sales skills, and prior experience in client advisory, relationship management, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Contact leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients.
- Provide basic guidance and assistance to clients regarding stock market, trading, and investment-related products/services.
- Guide clients through account opening and onboarding processes.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations as per company guidelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve client engagement, retention, and business conversion.
- Handle client queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales, account opening, and business targets.
- Maintain professional communication and strong client relationships while working remotely.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes while handling clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience in stock market, trading, financial advisory, or investment-related sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of stock market and trading concepts.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in client handling, sales, advisory, or relationship management.
- Comfortable working with CRM and other digital communication tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
