Position-Housekeeping Suoervisior
Team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff while assigning daily duties and monitoring performance.
Cleaning & Hygiene: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained according to company hygiene and quality standards.
Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, address cleanliness issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Inventory Management: Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment, maintain stock levels, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Coordination & Guest Service: Coordinate with other departments to handle guest requests, resolve housekeeping-related concerns, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
