- Reception Management: Greeting visitors, clients, and staff professionally and managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Communication Handling: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, as well as handling emails and inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Logistics & Security: Sorting incoming/outgoing mail, managing courier services, and managing visitor records for office security.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring and ordering front office stationery and supplies.
- Guest Services (Hospitality/Specific Sectors): Registering guests, checking in/out, handling inquiries about services, and resolving visitor complaints.
