We are looking for someone who can completely own the SEO function, taking responsibility from research and planning to implementation, optimisation, reporting, and growth.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can independently manage multiple client accounts and take complete ownership of SEO performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll be expected to build SEO strategies, execute technical and on-page improvements, manage content optimisation, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve rankings and organic traffic.
SEO Strategy
· Develop end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple clients.
· Perform comprehensive keyword research and search intent analysis.
· Build topical authority and content strategies.
· Create SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
· Identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
Technical SEO
· Conduct technical SEO audits.
· Resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, and site architecture issues.
· Optimise Core Web Vitals and website performance.
· Improve site speed and technical health.
· Work with developers to implement recommendations.
On-Page SEO
· Optimise landing pages, blogs, category pages, and product pages.
· Improve metadata, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and content structure.
· Perform regular website audits.
· Optimise existing content for improved rankings.
Content Strategy
· Build SEO content calendars.
· Create content briefs for writers.
· Review and optimise content before publishing.
· Identify content gaps and topical clusters.
Off-Page SEO
· Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.
· Build quality backlinks through outreach and digital PR.
· Monitor backlink profile and authority.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement.
· Prepare SEO reports.
· Analyse competitors and present actionable insights.
Continuous Optimisation
· Monitor Google algorithm updates.
· Stay updated with AI search trends and SEO best practices.
· Test new optimisation strategies.
Requirements
· 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
· Strong technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO knowledge.
· Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and custom websites.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Experience with GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
