Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, making recruitment calls, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call candidates to explain job openings and assess their interest.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview timings with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
