- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment for all clients
- Promote spa services and retail products to clients
- Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences
- Stay informed about new spa trends, techniques, and products
- Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required
