INVESMATE is hiring Relationship Executives (In-House Sales) for our Dunlop, Kolkata office.

Who Can Apply?
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Direct Sales / B2C Sales
✔ Stock Market knowledge is preferred
✔ Candidates with experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Banking will be preferred
✔ Strong communication skills in English & Bengali ( Hindi preferred )
✔ Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer interactions
What You'll Do
✔ Connect with company-generated leads and understand customer requirements
✔ Present INVESMATE's financial products, research services, and investment solutions
✔ Convert qualified leads into successful customers through effective sales conversations
✔ Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
✔ Work in a target-driven, in-house sales environment to achieve monthly conversion goals
✔ Maintain accurate lead status and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
