About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about interacting with students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right IT training and career opportunities.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving student admissions, building strong relationships with prospective candidates, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. You will work closely with the admissions, training, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and engaging student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong convincing abilities. Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, counselling, admissions, telecalling, or business development will have an added advantage. Freshers with strong interpersonal and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students, graduates, and working professionals to understand their career goals and recommend suitable IT training programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins to generate admissions and business opportunities
- Perform continuous follow-ups with prospective students to improve conversions and enrollment ratios
- Explain course curriculum, training process, certifications, placement support, and career opportunities in a clear and convincing manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission and onboarding process
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams regarding batch schedules, demo sessions, and student requirements
- Manage and update lead pipelines, follow-up trackers, and admission records regularly
- Identify potential business opportunities through student referrals, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Support marketing and branding initiatives including seminars, webinars, campus drives, and educational events
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through effective communication and relationship management
- Address student concerns professionally and ensure a positive counselling experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve student engagement and overall conversion performance
- Stay updated on current IT industry trends, trending technologies, and training programs to provide better guidance to students
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation, student outreach, and business growth initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Telecalling, Counselling, or Sales
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or educational sales will be an added advantage
