We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Key Account Manager-Warehouse Operations with a unique blend of warehousing and supply chain.You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing warehouse/supply chain strategies.Proficiency in the HR software is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers for the Company's logistics and transportation services.
Generate business through prospecting,cold calling,client meetings,referrals and other sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals,quotations and service agreements.
Coordinate with the Operations and Supply teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of customer onboarding documents and maintain accurate customer records.
Follow up on enquiries,quotations and payment collections as required.
Prepare and submit periodic Demand reports,MIS and business updates.
Represent the Company professionally and maintain the highest standards of ethics and customer service.
Comply with all Company policies,procedures and applicable laws.
Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company or Reporting Manager from time to time.
Skills/Requirements:
Graduate/Post Graduate with M.B.A. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Microsoft Office skills and core technical competencies for report preparations and data maintenance are essential.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Sound analytical and communication skills.
Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Exceptional abilities to handle and manage multiple functions.
A proactive mindset to identify and solve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Excellence in inventory management,inbound and outbound operations.
