Position: Store Manager – Jewellery Industry
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Jewellery Retail (Compulsory Jewellery Experience)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in a jewellery showroom.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver jewellery products, certifications, and customer handling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
- Experience in managing high-value customers and luxury retail operations.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate the sales team.
- Knowledge of inventory control, billing, stock audits, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end showroom operations.
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and monitor store staff performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Supervise billing, stock management, and inventory controls.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Handle customer grievances and resolve escalations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, security protocols, and audit requirements.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Jewellery retail experience is mandatory.
Salary:
- Best in the industry, depending on experience and current CTC.
Several jewellery brands in Ahmedabad currently prefer candidates with prior jewellery experience for Store Manager roles, typically requiring 5–12 years of relevant industry exposure.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
