Job Description – Senior Manager Quality Assurance (QA) Position: Senior Manager – Quality Assurance (QA) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 7+ Years Salary: ₹12 LPA – ₹14 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Quality Assurance (QA) to lead and manage the quality function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quality management systems, process improvement initiatives, team leadership, and continuous improvement methodologies. Candidates with Green Belt, Black Belt, or Six Sigma certification will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department and QA team. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and standards. Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies and industry standards. Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process reviews. Analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and production processes. Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and quality issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality. Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management. Train, mentor, and develop QA team members to achieve departmental objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Proven experience in managing and leading QA teams. Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and process improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certification. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
