Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and achieving operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including captains, stewards, cashiers, and hosts.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with restaurant standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
- Support the implementation of marketing promotions and special events.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Achieve sales targets while controlling operational costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in fine dining, casual dining, lounges, cafés, clubs, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong understanding of food & beverage operations.
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain high service standards.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
