Electrical Assets. From its inception in 2013, NCEPL has grown steadily into
one of the leading condition monitoring solution provider in the country. It has
also partnered with leading manufacturers of Monitoring Devices,
Communication Infrastructure Providers, and Analytical Software Providers to
design and configure end-to-end solutions in the areas of "Condition
Monitoring" of Electrical Assets that add value to our customer's businesses
and help them move to "Condition-Based Maintenance Program" from an
existing "Time-Based Maintenance Program."
Our Top Clients are IOCL , NHPC , TATA STEEL, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC,
BHEL, NRL, ABB , Andritz Hydro, Voith and even beyond India in Qatar
(Kahramaa the state utility of Qatar) and so many other organizations. We are
dealing with 50 + leading clients and growing more than 20 % year on year for
the last so many years. To support our growing business, we are looking for
suitable candidates in different areas of operations.
Role Overview:
Navitus Controls & Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for various positions in their sales
organisation starting from Sales Executive, To Country Manager positions. The ideal
candidates shall be ideally a Technical Sales professional with 2–20 years of
experience, preferably with strong exposure to sales process. Depending on the
position, the role involves promoting condition monitoring solutions, handling client
relationships, identifying new business opportunities in industrial and utility sectors
and managing a countrywide team of sales professionals.
The candidate will be responsible for creating new opportunities, preparing offers
against tenders, writing technical proposals, and cost estimations, along with
coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Basic knowledge of
HV/EHV systems and electrical equipment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tenders, technical proposals, and documentation
- Promote and sell technical solutions to industrial and utility clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- For the Country Manager role it shall also include managing a team of sales
- professionals across the country
Qualifications:
M.Sc in Physics (Physics-based background) OR
Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience:
2–15 years in Technical Sales
Team management and leading a regional team for Country Manager Role
Skills Required:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of electrical systems (HV/EHV preferred)
Ability to prepare proposals and handle client discussions
