Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential properties for acquisition aligned with company expansion goals
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and agents for onboarding discussions
- Support negotiations, documentation, and closure of property deals
- Maintain and update property acquisition databases and records
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and documentation processes
- Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure timely execution of acquisition activities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights for management review
- Handle post-acquisition coordination to ensure smooth transition into operations
Required Qualifications:
- English Fluency (Advanced)
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, real estate, property acquisition, or business development
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (Advanced English proficiency preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
