Role Overview:
As a Franchise Development Executive, you will play a key role in building and expanding our B2B network by identifying potential partners, presenting our solar franchise model, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with potential business partners
* Present and explain our franchise model effectively
* Generate, qualify, and convert leads
* Conduct meetings and close franchise deals
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to growth
Who Can Apply:
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Hindi + Basic English (additional languages are a plus)
* Interest in B2B sales / business development
* Experience: 0–2 years
* Freshers with a proactive and sales-driven mindset are welcome
* Immediate joiners preferred
