Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential dealers and develop strong business relationships.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Monitor daily sales, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Promote company products, schemes, and marketing activities.
- Analyze market potential and category-wise growth opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (BA / B.Com / B.Sc. / BBA / BBM / BMS).
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 2–8 years of experience in Paint Industry sales is mandatory.
- Strong dealer network and market knowledge of Pune and nearby territories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
