Job Description:
Garg Chemical Industries is hiring a responsible and well-spoken person to handle customer calls and order taking. This role is ideal for senior candidates (55+) or retired persons who want a stable, respectful work environment without field work.
Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming customer calls
- Take and note down orders accurately
- Share order details with the internal team
- Handle basic customer queries politely
- Maintain simple call and order records
- Follow up with customers when required
Eligibility:
- Age preference: 60 years and above / Retired persons welcome
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Prior experience in office work, customer handling, or sales support preferred
- Basic discipline and reliability
