About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy, and articulate Sales Intern to join our growth team. This role focuses on revenue generation, lead sourcing, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, networking, and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through LinkedIn, online research, and professional directories.
- Conduct cold calls, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to connect with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their business needs.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities and lead pipeline progress.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and emails.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and the sales process.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility
- Open to graduates and postgraduates from any stream (Commerce, Arts, Science, Engineering, MBA, etc.).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are preferred.

₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
