Job Summary
Eminentlabs is looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates who want to build a career in SAP Finance and Controlling (SAP FICO). As an SAP FICO Trainee, you will undergo structured training and work alongside experienced SAP consultants on implementation, support, testing, documentation, and business process improvement projects. The company specializes in SAP consulting, implementation, upgrades, support, and business process management across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) business processes.
- Assist consultants in SAP implementation and support projects.
- Participate in requirement gathering and business process documentation.
- Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare user manuals and training documentation.
- Help with end-user support and issue resolution.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during project execution.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning programs.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), B.E., B.Tech, or related degree.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts:
- General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset AccountingCost Centers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn SAP ERP technologies.
Preferred Skills
- SAP FICO training or certification.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Banking, Financial Statements, and Business Processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Internship or project experience in finance/accounting is an advantage.
