We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance, repairs, and installation activities. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted power supply, maintain electrical systems, and supervise technicians while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance operations.
- Monitor and maintain transformers, panels, generators, UPS, and electrical equipment.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution.
- Supervise electricians and technicians.
- Maintain electrical records, reports, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical projects.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Support facility operations during emergencies and power failures.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of LT/HT electrical systems.
- Experience in maintenance of commercial buildings, malls, theatres, or industrial facilities preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
