- Lead and motivate the sales team and tele callers to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate sales through walk-in customers, referrals, and channel partners.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure maximum conversion.
- Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Telecalling, Marketing, CRM, and Registration teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
