The Junior SOC Controller will drive the development and standardization of security policies and programs for safeguarding corporate business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Constantly focus and monitor the site activities via CCTV and Access Control systems.

Respond to the intrusion alarm by instructing the team.

Conduct daily system checks.

Monitoring of critical incidents.

Ensure the night escorting process is being followed as per the TIAA SOPs.

Support during the Executive Protection duties and Internal and External Events.

All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience of working/interacting with global teams. 2 – 3 years of experience in Global Command Centre operation. Graduation/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and formal security education.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good analytical skills.
