Job Summary
OJD Education is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling client communications, and ensuring seamless communication between the Director and team members. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a professional personality, and strong administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, business associates, and employees.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Assist in client handling and maintain professional relationships.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and employees to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the Director and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and records.
- Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Organize and maintain important files, records, and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional personality with formal dressing sense and business etiquette.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Internet applications.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
