About the role
Aktoria Robotics works with robots that are piloted by trained human operators in real time over a VR link. This is a real robotics operations role: you wear a VR headset, and your movements drive the robot through real environments.
We're hiring two Robot Teleoperators. You don't need prior robotics experience, what matters is spatial awareness, fast and accurate reactions, and steady focus.
What you'll do
- Pilot robots remotely using a VR headset and controllers
- Navigate real environments in real time with precision
- Complete teleoperation tasks accurately and safely
- Share feedback that helps us improve our control systems
What we're looking for
- B.Tech in any branch (required). Freshers welcome.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and quick, accurate reactions
- Comfortable with VR, or a fast learner who's keen to pick it up
- Reliable, and able to commit to a fixed daily shift
- Based in Delhi NCR, or able to commute reliably
Experience with fast-paced, spatially demanding activities like competitive gaming, drone flying, simulators, is a plus, because the reflexes and 3D awareness carry over.
Shifts
We operate two fixed shifts and are filling one seat in each:
- Shift A: 9:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST
- Shift B: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST
