Key Responsibilities
For Chemical Engineer
1. Heavy Fabrication Supervision: Plan, supervise, and monitor heavy fabrication activities including cutting, fit-up, welding, assembly, and structural fabrication as per approved drawings and specifications.
2. Chemical Engineering Support: Apply chemical engineering knowledge to fabrication projects, including material selection, process requirements, equipment fabrication, and compliance with technical specifications.
3. Painting & Coating: Manage surface preparation, blasting, primer application, painting, and protective coating activities, ensuring required DFT, coating quality, and project specifications are met.
4. Quality & Safety: Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure fabrication, welding, painting, inspection, and testing comply with quality standards, approved procedures, and safety requirements.
5. Production & Team Coordination: Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and daily production activities to achieve project schedules, minimize rework, and maintain high fabrication quality.
For Production Engineer:
1. Production Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities for heavy fabrication projects, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
2. Fabrication Process Management: Supervise cutting, bending, fit-up, welding, assembly, grinding, drilling, and other heavy fabrication processes while maintaining required productivity and quality standards.
3. Manpower & Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, machines, tools, and equipment efficiently to achieve production targets and minimize downtime and material wastage.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance: Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure fabrication activities comply with approved procedures, welding standards, inspection requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
