Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Finance & Marketing)Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement with a specific focus on supporting our Finance and Marketing divisions. In this role, you will partner closely with department leaders to attract, retain, and develop top-tier finance, accounting, growth, and marketing talent while maintaining a productive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for specialized roles across Finance (e.g., Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers) and Marketing (e.g., Brand Managers, Performance Marketers, Content Strategists).
- Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and Marketing leadership to align HR strategies with departmental business goals.
- Employee Relations & Retention: Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management; design initiatives that drive employee engagement and high retention rates.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee quarterly/annual performance evaluation programs, KPI tracking, and professional development plans for department teams.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation reviews, benchmark industry standards for technical/specialized roles, and oversee benefits administration.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company policies and HR practices align with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Onboarding & Development: Design and deliver tailored onboarding experiences and continuous training programs to foster career growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 1+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably supporting corporate or specialized business units (Finance, Sales, or Marketing teams)
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team leaders.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹12,527.40 - ₹54,543.78 per month
