The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced, self-driven Sales Manager based in Erode to own and rebuild our presence in this critical textile chemicals market — one of South India's most important processing hubs. This is a high-trust, high-visibility field role reporting directly to the Promoter's Office in Ahmedabad, with a clear mandate: grow revenue, deepen customer relationships, and represent a company that has already proven it can out-compete much larger players on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Manage and expand our customer base across Erode and the wider Tamil Nadu textile belt (Tiruppur, Karur)
- Identify and convert new accounts among processing houses and textile manufacturers
- Maintain a strong, consistent field presence and direct relationships with customers
- Represent Rajaswi Group's technical and commercial value proposition against both domestic and multinational competition
- Report pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence directly to company leadership in Ahmedabad
- Coordinate with our Ahmedabad/Balotra production and dispatch teams to ensure customers get consistent, reliable service
What We're Looking For
- Based in or willing to be based in Erode, with strong existing familiarity with the Erode / Tiruppur / Karur textile cluster
- Proven track record in B2B sales within textile chemicals, dyes, auxiliaries, or related industrial categories
- Confidence engaging with mill owners, technical decision-makers, and procurement teams alike
- Comfortable working independently in the field while staying closely aligned with an Ahmedabad-based leadership team
