Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
B.Sc. Agri / Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agricultural Engineering
MBA in Agri-Business or Marketing (Preferred)/ B.sc botany/ B.sc zoology/B.Sc Chemistry/ BBA/ Any science graduates
Key Responsibilities
· Report activities regularly to the sales manager
· Conduct regular field visits to meet farmers, dealers, and distribution
· Develop and maintain dealer networks in the assigned territory
· Organize on-field demonstration and trails and collect feedback from farmers and share the insights with the company for product improvements
· Generate new business and increase product visibility
· Plan and execute strategic promotional activities
· Ensure timely payment collection (Incentives applicable post-collection)
Skill Required
· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to travel extensively for field visit
· Passion for sustainable agriculture and farmer development.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Theni District, Tamil Nadu
