Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, facility management, IT asset coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, support employee welfare initiatives, and maintain compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility upkeep Handle vendor management — negotiate contracts, track invoices, and ensure timely service delivery (stationery, pantry, courier, AMC, etc.)
- Manage laptop/IT asset inventory — track allocation, returns, and stock across departments
- Assign laptops to new joiners and retrieve/reassign from exiting employees, maintaining an updated asset register
- File and follow up on warranty/service complaints with OEMs or vendors for laptops and other IT equipment
- Maintain accurate records of asset tagging, serial numbers, warranty status, AMC validity, and repair history
- Assist HR with onboarding logistics (ID cards, workstation and laptop setup, welcome kits)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B. Com)
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration (NBFC/BFSI experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience in IT asset/laptop inventory management and coordinating warranty claims with vendors/OEMs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — especially Excel for asset tracking
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Ability to work independently and handle vendor negotiations
Working Hours and Days
- Full Time: Monday to Saturday (Sat – WFH)
- 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
