Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Communicate with candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in candidate engagement and recruitment activities.
- Learn and support the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop effective sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Eligibility
- Freshers and students interested in building a career in HR and Recruitment.
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed B.Com, BBA, MBA, or other relevant degrees.
- Individuals passionate about Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates who are serious about pursuing a long-term career in HR.
