Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Punjabi
- Basic knowledge of computer & internet
- Confident personality with good convincing skills
- Ability to talk with clients professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Graduation pursuing or completed in any field
- Sales or marketing knowledge will be a plus
- Must be comfortable with calling and client handling
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Sales & Business Development
- Knowledge of lead generation process
- Understanding of client communication and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Knowledge of email communication and professional messaging
- Understanding of customer handling and relationship building
- Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales
- Knowledge of online platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and WhatsApp Business
- Understanding of sales targets and conversion process
- Basic market research knowledge
- Ability to identify customer requirements
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of negotiation and presentation skills
- Awareness of corporate communication etiquette
- Knowledge of calling process and telecalling etiquette

- Ability to maintain client data and reports
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies
- Knowledge of follow-up and lead management process
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
