As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, your day typically involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will focus on adapting application features, managing software releases, and maintaining system stability. Your work includes utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and continuous improvement of application environments is a key part of your daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect various software components.
- Understanding of low-code development platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in maintaining system stability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
