We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience in Java development to lead the design, development, and implementation of a secure and scalable Aadhaar Services Web Portal. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise application development, observability platforms, Big Data technologies, and secure API integrations. Experience with the Aadhaar ecosystem and government projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise web applications.
- Develop secure and scalable applications using Java technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Implement centralized logging and observability solutions using Elastic Stack (ELK), Apache Kafka, and Grafana.
- Develop dashboards for monitoring, audit logging, and application performance.
- Ensure compliance with UIDAI Aadhaar Authentication Regulations, UIDAI Security Audit Guidelines, and DPDP Act, 2023.
- Design and manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT, M.Sc. (IT/CS), MCA, or higher from a recognized university.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java development.
- Experience in enterprise web application development.
- Experience in leading development teams and technical deliveries.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java.
- Knowledge of Big Data & Analytics.
- Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (ELK), Apache Kafka, and Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of secure application development and API integration.
- Familiarity with the Aadhaar Ecosystem.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience in Government/e-Governance or Aadhaar-related projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
