Role Overview : We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong communication skills and a background in inside sales / telesales. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Telesales
Communication & Language Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in: English , Hindi & Any regional language (preferred advantage)
- Ability to articulate clearly and confidently in telephonic conversation
Key Skills Required
- Strong relationship management skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with tough client conversations and follow-ups
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
