Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
- Good listening and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries or escalate them when necessary.
- Prepare daily call and sales reports.
Qualifications
- 10+2 / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is an advantage.
Salary
- upto 15000 per month (depending on experience)
