To manage end-to-end operations of CAT loan products, ensuring efficient processing, disbursement, documentation, compliance, and portfolio servicing while maintaining high accuracy, risk control, and customer service standards.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end loan operations from login to disbursement.
- Ensure accurate verification of loan applications, documents, and eligibility.
- Coordinate with credit, sales, and legal teams for approvals.
- Manage loan booking and disbursement within defined TATs.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan documentation.
- Maintain compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of agreements, security creation, and custody.
Conduct periodic documentation audits.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day loan operations activities across CAT portfolio.
- Monitor workflows and ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.
- Maintain MIS and operational dashboards.
- Oversee post-disbursement activities such as: EMI setup and tracking, Customer queries and servicing, Prepayments, closures, and foreclosure cases.
- Ensure smooth coordination with collections team.
- Manage vendors such as field verification agencies, legal vendors, and document custodians.
- Liaise with credit, sales, collections, and IT teams.
- Ensure seamless coordination across departments.
