Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from design to site execution.
- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections & working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution.
- Manage and guide junior architects/designers.
- Handle client meetings, presentations and project documentation.
Requirements:
- B.Arch / M.Arch with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit and architectural detailing.
- Good knowledge of construction, materials and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
